Missing 'Make the whole row clickable' setting?

Hello, I'm looking for the 'Make the whole row clickable' option (the one added here: https://www.drupal.org/project/views_bulk_operations/issues/1781704 → ) but I can't find it anywhere.

In fact, there is no "Bulk operations settings" section - like the one shown in https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/vbohelp.png → - at all in "Global: Views bulk operations" field. Or, at least, I'm not able to find it...

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot!
