Gin Toolbar in Sidebar View Overlaps Full Screen Preview

Problem/Motivation

When using Gin with the vertical toolbar it will overlap some of the preview in full screen mode.

Steps to reproduce

* Configure the Gin theme to use the vertical toolbar.
* Edit a node and display the preview.
* Click on the full screen preview button.
* Note that the toolbar obscures some of the preview.

Proposed resolution

Not sure on this one. Tracking down theme specific issues like this will be difficult, but Gin support is important.

Currently those who are bothered by this can change to the horizontal toolbar configuration, which does not experience this issue.
