Since version 1.3 the files links like DOC and PDFs are pointing to the final file instead of the Media Canonical link. In the previous version, the links were pointing to the Media. The new version makes the links hard coded to the file attached to the media at the moment the link was created, so if the media is updated with a new file, for example, the links created will start to point to a wrong file.
It would be good to have the option to choose if the link will pointing the media or to the media file.
Update to version 1.3.
Add a checkbox to choose if the link should point to the media canonical link or the default behavior.
