Migrate a whole site from Joomla to Drupal

Is there any way to migrate an existing site from Joomla (3.9) to the latest Drupal version, instead of developing the site from Scratch in Drupal?

Additional Details: The Existing Joomla site has customized theme and modules along with multiple contributed modules
