Telegram integration encountered an error when send request to the url: https://api.telegram.org/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/sendMessage. cURL error 35: OpenSSL SSL_connect: Connection reset by peer in connection to api.telegram.org:443 (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) in GuzzleHttp\Handler\CurlFactory::createRejection() (line 200 of /home/XXXXX/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Handler/CurlFactory.php).
