    Hi @tripodcreative!

    Could you please make sure you open a support ticket so that we can get some eyes on your site?

    Please make sure you include as much info as possible. Also, if there is some more info you can include in this space, that may also work.

    Thanks!

    Sorry - I inadvertently pressed save on the file attachment so it saved early. I've updated this issue with attachments and details, and I'll close the duplicate issue that posted after.

    I'm also getting errors related to guzzle:

    GuzzleHttp\Exception\RequestException: cURL error 3: (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) in GuzzleHttp\Handler\CurlFactory::createRejection() (line 201 of /var/www/html/vendor/guzzlehttp/guzzle/src/Handler/CurlFactory.php).

    hmmm that error looks like a server issue but I don't think there have been any recent outages on the Solr service. Are you sure this is related to upgrading the module and not to any other config change or something? I would attempt to rollback the module update to confirm that this issue is coming from updating the module

    What's interesting is checking the link that the error says is a 404 is having connection issues - https://search-gateway-proxy-us-central1-b.svc.pantheon.io:443. Won't load up on my browser, says can't provide a secure connection. I wonder if that's the problem.

    That's part of how the connection is setup between the different servers in Pantheon. If you keep having issues with your search, for this specific case, I recommend you to contact support so they can get some visibility into your site. If support determines this is actually an issue with the module, they will provide some more info and we will be able to handle it here.

    @kporras07 - the more and more I look into this I think something is wrong on Pantheon. The dev + test envs have identical configs and databases, but it's broken on test but working on dev. I'm going to work with their team on this, and I will psot back here if I discover anything noteworthy.

    Hi @tripodcreative can you please update us if this issue has already been resolved, this thread is active for more than a year already and the latest version of the module is already in version 8.1.9

    Thanks

    I'm closing this because of inactivity. The issue normally happened if you upgraded the module but did not defined search version in pantheon.yml file.

    Make sure it is defined.

    search:
        version: 8

    Also, version 8.2.x is also out and recommended to try using it.
