Possible to separately display two matchers for the same content type but different bundles?

We are trying to add a linkit matcher for media types in the group. We want to be able to prioritize documents over all the rest of our media. I've added two media matchers, one for document bundles, the other for the rest. In the end though, all entity types all come back grouped together:
