Better parent version number improvement

At the moment Better Parent Menu module version is 9.4.1. This seems very confusing since the module does not have that many versions in the history and it seems more likely that the version number is referencing Drupal version.

I suggest that the module starts to use semantic versions and releases something like 1.0.0 as the first version instead of 9.4.x. And then the future versions can start using normal versioning like 1.1.0 or 1.2.0.
