Drupal 10 upgrade - The specified library "olivero/dialog.off_canvas" does not exist

The Olivero library file used to have that library but it was removed in D10. I'd recommend searching your codebase for that library's name and finding what file is pulling it in. Removing those lines from your code and clearing the cache should be enough to fix the issue.
