Rename and deprecate Paytrail::createPayment() method

Problem/Motivation

SupportsStoredPaymentMethodsInterface defines ::createPayment method and our implementation does not match the inteface definition.

Proposed resolution

Rename method to ::handlePayment and deprecate old ::createPayment method.
