Form Titles listed in routing.yml file are missing from Drupal 9.5.9 in Windows Linux Subsystem.
This problem appears in Windows Linux (Ubuntu) version 20,
but not in Ubuntu linux server. It has been reported for earlier version of Drupal (see links).
Each link contains a "patch", but I don't know which, if any, apply.
Is there is a workaround or other solution to this problem?
If there's no solution, I'll change this to a bug report.

Assuming that this problem is restricted to Windows 10 linux,
it would have to be tested with a module featuring a controller, and add/edit/delete forms.
Not known.
This would be a high priority solution if it occurs in Linux OSs in addition to WSL
None. My guess is that this is probably a coding issue.
