Composer install error

Problem/Motivation

Composer install gives an error:

Problem 1
- Root composer.json requires drupal/custom_google_maps_block ^1.0 -> satisfiable by drupal/custom_google_maps_block[1.0.1].
- drupal/custom_google_maps_block 1.0.1 requires drupal/file * -> could not be found in any version, there may be a typo in the package name.

Steps to reproduce

Try to install with composer.

• Drupal version: 10.0.9
• PHP version: 8.1.18

Proposed resolution

Review composer.json file.
