Few links are not working on Chrome and Mobile

Problem/Motivation

In Drupal 7, A few anchor tags in a view are not working on click in Chrome(Desktop) and Mobile browsers.

The links are working fine in the View's preview but failing in the UI where the view is placed.

any help is much appreciated.
