@jeffgtr, thanks again for reporting this issue. I was able to reproduce it in an automated test and then in my local environment using an anonymous user. Previously I had been using an admin user and the caching is different for that case so it did not reproduce earlier.
I forgot to label the commit with the issue number, but I can report that I have pushed a commit that fixes the issue. If you pull the latest dev branch to your system it will fix the issue. I also plan to release the first "official" (stable) version of Commerce Registration soon, so you could wait for that release within the next couple of days, if you like.
