Missing return type error after D10 update

It will work with php 7.4 for drupal 9?
or i have to create new version for drupal 10?

Tested the Patch with version "10.1.2-dev" on my local, it's working fine and resolved the issue. Attaching the screenshot before and after applying the patch.
