"Discourse forum link" block?

The module page instructions and the README say,

Move the "Discourse forum link" block to some region or create your own link to Discourse site/forum.

However, I don't see a Discourse Forum Link block anywhere in the Block Layout or Block Library.

Is the block still part of the module, and if so, where would I find it?
