Show a warning when editing configuration that is being managed by an enabled Feature module

Problem/Motivation

Similar to the https://www.drupal.org/project/config_override_warn → module, I'd like to see a warning as a site administrator when I'm editing a configuration page/form that is being managed by a Feature module, to let me know that any changes I make might be reverted and reset.

Possibly also adding some integration with https://www.drupal.org/project/config_readonly → would also be good.
