Indeed. However, you can nest components as deep in that folder as you want. I think that is not very relevant, as you can easily drag components around after creation.
We should remove the option.
Perhaps in cl_generator v1 it was appropriate to ask what directory you want to place the components. In SDC I thought it was a hard requirement to place components in a 'components' folder. If the components are in a folder with another name wouldn't you run into issues?
