Empty section class labels

Problem/Motivation

While these aren't invalid, I've generally been recommended to avoid empty divs.

Steps to reproduce

Create a section. If "None" is selected for any of the added fields, then the div for that section class label is empty / is set to " ".

Proposed resolution

If no selection is made / none is selected, the div would not have the class label.
