CKEditor 5 compatibility

Hi, I have faced the same issue and to tackle this issue I have updated the filter type interface type from
TYPE_MARKUP_LANGUAGE to TYPE_TRANSFORM_IRREVERSIBLE

Please use the patch I have created for this and also create a fork for this issue.
