Make it possible switch between latest and former overlay experience

What is the change?

No breaking changes between old and new.

With a new settings box under Configuration > System. Like “Token’, “Frontend Domain” “Default Domain”.

Fixed in both 2.0.x and 8.x-1.x branches. Need backport to 7.x-1.x
