Complete the blocks migration

Implemented a Random service, fixing logic and adding tests.

Fixed missing test groups

Completed the Random block conversion.

WIP on WOTD conversion:

• removed body length, now defined in a view display
• added help for all G2 view displays
• moved WOTD rotation configuration from block to service
• removed dead WOTD block code
• misc fixes

• removed body length: now a view mode setting
