Provide an automatic alphabar build feature

Problem/Motivation

One design choice in G2 is the manual alphabar, which avoids the load associated to the frequent regeneration of alphabars, a load which is usually unneeded in large glossaries, in which every single letter has a matching entries page.

However, while the alphabar remains a config value, it may be useful to offer a feature to build the alphabar on-demand from existing entries.

Proposed resolution

Add a "rebuild alphabar" button on the admin/config/content/g2/services page, in the Alphabar fieldset.
