Drupal 10 compatibility for security submodule

Problem/Motivation

The most recent release is not yet fully compatible with D10. The main module is compatible, but the submodule (search_api_opensolr_security) is still not compatible. The "core_version_requirement" in the yml file needs to be updated.

Steps to reproduce

In the Upgrade Status page of a website shows that the module is not yet fully compatible.

Proposed resolution

Create patch with the change.
