Redesign referrer counting/wiping

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the Referrers system rests on 3 form routes:

  • g2.node_referrers provides a ConfirmForm showing the referrers on an entry. and offering to drop them
  • g2.wipe.one provides a ConfirmForm to wipe the referrers on an entry, largely redundant with the previous one
  • g2.wipe.all provides a ConfirmForm to wipe all referrers information

Proposed resolution

Reduce to just two forms: one for the single-node wipe, including the referrers counting, and one for the all-referrers wipe.
