Complete the node edit form port

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the node edit form for G2 entries only displays base fields (title, published...), but none of the built-in G2 fields or the manually added fields if present.

Steps to reproduce

  • Create a G2 entry node
  • Observe the node entry form

Proposed resolution

Complete the form.

Do it.

User interface changes

Provide the normal node edit form instead of the current limited version.
