Add test method for revision log to ScheduledTransitionLocalTaskTest

Problem/Motivation

As per the @todo in the ScheduledTransitionLocalTaskTest::testLatestRevisionTab:

   * @todo add another test method for revision log when there is a generic
   * log controller. https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/2350939
