Update Kickstart 2.x to Drupal 7.97

We need new 2.0 branch updated with the latest drupal release including security vulnerability fixes. This hasn't been done since August 2022.

If no-one has time to do it can we at least get detailed instructions on how to do it ourselves? Otherwise Kickstart under D7 suddenly becomes and unusable product.
