Utility classes for vlsuite content blocks using layout builder into display

Problem/Motivation

When adding multiple displays to content block (default & full at least) and layout builder is used for full display, utility classes also appear when adding that content block at node level for example.

Proposed resolution

Hide utility classes for that block when layout builder is used at any display
Apply an override of default utility classes (empty by default in form)
