Problem/Motivation

1. Install the theme

2. Create Footer and place block

3. Check - Footer title and menu links are not aligned, need style.

Need to style and align menu link with title.

Verified the MR8 on 9.5.8, the footer menus are aligned. Added screenshots for reference, RTBC++
