Marking this as a bug, as it can have quite serious consequences.

When you mark some (not all) files for deletion and do a dry run to test it, the dry run will report that it deleted x files (the number you had selected).

When you tick off dry run to actually delete the files, your previous choices are forgotten, and it will default to what is default, which is deleting all the files. I myself accidentally deleted 500+ files from my local environment due to this.

It is not the expected behavior that the choices you made in your previous step are forgotten. Also, since the field sets are collapsed by default, there is no indication in the UI that this has happened either:

As a bonus issue: now the default state is that all files are marked for deletion. I believe the default state should be that no files are marked for deletion.
