Access denied when trying to debug

Problem/Motivation

I'm trying to style a phone directory that I've created in Views. I need to see the markup but when I call the debug URL, the browser returns Access Denied. I'm logged in with admin privileges.

Steps to reproduce

Go to this URL: http://ylndev.yln.info/print/pdf/yln_directory/entity_print_views_print_...
Access Denied is returned
