Required fields not provided error at the last step after on clicking on the create new account or submit button

Hi,

We are facing the following issue when clicking on the create new account button at the last step of the form though we have already filled those field it in the first step, a probable bug. Please refer to the attached screenshot.

Error:
"You must enter a username"

I have Field_group(8.x-3.4), Simple multistep(2.0.0), Account Field Split(2.0.2) and Password Separate Form(2.0.0) modules installed. Further, my drupal version is 9.5.9.

I tried clearing the cache and running the crons but not seem to work. Please excuse me for any redundant or basic thing I may be missing as I am new to Drupal.
