Revision log message defaults to the revision log message of the last revision

Problem/Motivation

When the revision log message is displayed in entity form, the revision log message of the previous revision is displayed as the default value. I think it would be better to leave it blank like Node and Block.

Steps to reproduce

- On a Storage type edit screen, check "Expose revision checkbox" and "Expose revision log" and save.

- Open the entity form and see the default value of the revision log message.

Proposed resolution

Put "show_revision_ui = TRUE" in the annotation of the Storage entity. ContentEntityForm::prepareEntity() will automatically null revision log messages.
