GitHub commits not reflecting on Drupal.org commits

This required a few minutes of effort now that GitLab is responsible for managing secondary emails, there is not a UI for verifying these. The workaround at https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/20926#note_267268519 did work, but until that issue is solved, we may deprioritize future requests like this.
