Add image request counts to PerformanceTestBase

Problem/Motivation

Split from ✨ Add PerformanceTestBase for allowing browser performance assertions within FunctionalJavaScriptTests Fixed .

The code is working, but the number of images downloaded on each request varies by one or two each time. I think this might be due to the rendering engine not being 100% consistent about which images to load at the fold of the page with lazy load.

Main issue is in, but the download count being variable (which I think might be real browser behaviour for lazy-loaded images being slightly non-deterministic) is still an issue, so moving to needs work.
