Fix wrong config schema definitions for @AdvancedQueueBackend plugins

@AdvancedQueueBackend plugin implementer module cannot run Kernel test because of the wrong config schema definition in advancedqueue.schema.yml

And it of course also effects the configuration exports as well. (Everything will be string instead of integer or boolean etc...)

Other problem is that plugin implementation database has no config schema definition.
