Double order after payment

Problem/Motivation

When using 3.0.x-dev in combination with Commerce 8.x-2.35 after payment two orders are made but the first one is deleted immidiately. The remaining order has an id two steps higher than the previous one. When using commerce_email the client gets two confirmation emails, one for each order.

When using Mollie for Drupal 2.1.4 this does not happen.

Steps to reproduce

Install Commerce and Mollie. Place an order and pay.
