Move tests using feeds_migrate_ui to feeds_migrate_ui tests folder

Problem/Motivation

In the tests folder some tests require the base module feeds_migrate and others also require the UI module feeds_migrate_ui.

In preparation for fixing 🐛 Symfony\Component\Routing\Exception\RouteNotFoundException: Route "entity.migration.add_form" does not exist Fixed , it would be good to separate tests for the base and UI module, so tests specific to the base module can be written.
