Version compatibility of Hello World Module with D9 & D10

Hello World Module doesn't work with D9 & D10. It displays Page Not Found Error 404.

find why does it not work?
- Troubleshoot using: drush watchdog:show
- See where the error is?
make necessary changes
Publish it again

We have to change the `hello_world.info.yml` file .

Then, we should patch the GitHub repo.
