Key keyboard shortcuts are missing

Is there any underlying reason why this can't be avaiable in the Drupal implementation of the UI?

Yes, limited resources. If anyone wanted to add those and other shortcuts and provide an MR, I'll be more than happy to review, merge and publish them with a future release.

I was going to file an issue that the arrow to an action block should not be deleted with the block— at least if there are any conditions on the arrow, there should be a warning. But it seems making undo/redo capability (as a keyboard shortcut or with buttons/links) would take care of this issue. If ECA does get used in Starshot, #3449154: Include ECA (without UI) with a number of pre-configured models as recipes → , even without the UI, it would naturally bring a lot of people to try this out as representing the Full Power of Drupal™, and undo/redo then is critical. So bumping up the priority in the hopes more people see it— probably not in my capacity to take on.

It doesn't help much to increase the pressure on maintainers of these projects. They would have got around addressing this if they had the skill, time and budget to get this done. What's really helpful is either skill or funding.
