Google Search - Mobility Issues - two failure/issue points

Problem/Motivation

When using the Google Search Console on a Vartheme Varbase site I get two errors/issues that could potentially down-rank a site.

Steps to reproduce

Given - Varbase/Vartheme_bs4 site that included a "Button(s)" Custom Block containing three buttons on the main page.
When - Using submitting the page to Google Search Console for indexing
Then - I get the following two issues

Top Issues
Text too small to read
Clickable elements too close together

Proposed resolution

When using a custom block of style Button(s) it looks find on a desktop but when viewing on mobile format the buttons are stacked vertically with zero padding.

The small text I am assuming is the footer text.
