Update module to use GlobalPayments php-sdk most recent version

Problem/Motivation

commerce_realex is currently calling for globalpayments/php-sdk version 1.3.3; that version has a security advisory against it and the fix is from 2.0 onward.

Proposed resolution

Upgrade the module so it uses php-sdk 7.0 release
