Hide VLSuite blocks from the Block Layout

Problem/Motivation

Currently when adding a new block in the Block Layout regions (/admin/structure/block) the VLSuite Block blocks appear:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go in your project to the administration path -> "/admin/structure/block".
  2. Select to add a block in any of the regions.
  3. In the modal with all types of blocks, the VLSuite blocks are displayed.
