@Nelo_Drup can you clarify what your feature request is? This module doesn't really have anything to do with fields, it just adds hreflang elements in the HTML <head>
I refer to this problem https://www.drupal.org/project/editor_advanced_link/issues/3342793 ✨ Provide hreflang attribute Active and I want to know if this module could be used for cases like that, it could be a field format widget that adds hreflang to the links created that do not have it

I would suggest that adding this feature directly in Editor Advanced Link module, as it's directly related to what that module provides - adding attributes to links.
