I get Plugin not found

Problem/Motivation

I am trying to upload a file to import I get the following error
Drupal\Component\Plugin\Exception\PluginNotFoundException: The "entity:file:undefined" plugin does not exist

Steps to reproduce

Saved a config for specific content type -> clicked Edit -> Import button -> choose file -> submit
