administer solr search synonyms permission mismatch

Problem/Motivation

You can 't give access to the admin/config/search/solr-search-synonyms page.

Steps to reproduce

Install and configure this module. Give the "Administer SOLR Search synonyms" permission to any role and go to admin/config/search/solr-search-synonyms with a user with that role that is not user 1.

Proposed resolution

There is a mismatch between the permission machine name and what is used throughout the module.
Fix is simple: change the permission machine name.
