Version 4 of the module is compatible with drupal 9.3 but not with versions below

Problem/Motivation

Hello,

The service '@extension.path.resolver' used in the module (in fastly.services.yml) is not compatible with drupal core version before 9.3.

Here a patch to fix the issue.
