Footer needs style.

Hi ,

i have added style to the footer after adding blocks to the footer regions MR was not possible for me this to so created patch

I tried to apply the patch given, but the patch is not working as expected. It gives an error when I apply the patch. Attaching the SS for the same. Moving to Needs to Work.
