[UI] Improve checkbox elements of the VBO form.

Problem/Motivation

The checkboxes of the vbo form do not have the correct styles.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create organization
  2. Enable sub-module `social_organization_export`.
  3. Go to the `/organization/{ID}/membership` page
